WHY CONSTELLATIONS?
Why do I hesitate to step fully into my life?
Why do certain symptoms or relationship patterns seem to repeat across generations?
Why do struggles with money, or invisible boundaries, remain even after so much inner work?
Sometimes, out of love and loyalty, we carry something that was never ours to hold. The grief of a grandmother. A silence in the family. A life that could not be fully lived.
A constellation is an invitation to look gently at these connections. To honour what came before us, and to explore what we can leave with the past, so that we, and our children, have more room to move.
The circles are held in English. Most people who come live here in the Alentejo. Others travel from the Algarve, Lisbon or further away, and everyone is welcome in the same circle.

HOW A CONSTELLATION WORKS
We are all part of multiple systems: our families and ancestry as well as our partnerships, our animals, our workplaces, and also our own inner parts.
In a constellation we look at the whole system with compassion and explore what is influencing us, often without our conscious awareness. When what operates beneath the surface comes to light, entanglements can dissolve and what feels stuck can find resolution.
Genuine peace can take its place, and life can begin to flow freely once more.
ABOUT ME
For many years, there was a huge longing inside me. Yet no matter what I did for it, something always seemed to hold me back.
Through intensive inner work, I looked at my childhood. And still, there were prohibitions within me that prevented me from taking the one step that would so obviously have brought me to my dream destination.
At the same time, I developed a physical symptom, even though I was living a healthy life. I was desperate.
“What can still hold us back when so much within us has already healed?”
I also delved into ancestral work. There I found the key:
Many descendants unknowingly take on responsibility for a tragedy within their family system. In doing so, they try to heal the system. That was me!
Through systemic constellations, I freed my life from burdens that had been passed down through generations. Constellation work saved my marriage. And my long-standing symptom finally found peace, too. Today, I pass on the gifts of this work as a certified systemic constellation facilitator.

THE HORSES
Horses are connected between heaven and earth and with everything that is.
Through their absolute presence, they can lead us into a particular kind of presentness.
As prey and flight animals, they sense the energy around them every second, ours included. They respond to what is authentic within us. Our CVs, our achievements, or the stories we believe we know about our ancestors are of no interest to them.
With their fine perception, they also accompany us in constellation work.
Completely free of judgement, they point out to us when a job we tell ourselves is exactly the right one for us does not fit us at all, or when we are even living a life that fulfils someone else’s longing, but not our own.
They uncover family secrets, place themselves between us and ancestors who seem to carry something dark, and lead us to gifts and strengths of our ancestral line that we have not been able to see before.
A constellation in the field of the horses leads us to an embodied, undisguised perception of ourselves.
WAYS TO JOIN
Come with your own question, as a representative, or for a private constellation.
Each evening holds two constellations and takes about three hours in total. Whether bringing a question or joining as a representative, you are part of the entire circle.
All constellations take place here near Ourique, with the horses.

Individual constellation work with the horses and floor anchors or figurines. These take place by arrangement and can be held in German, English, Portuguese, Spanish and French.

You may cancel up to 20 days before your session or circle. After that deadline, bookings are non-refundable. You may transfer your place to another person with prior notice. If I need to cancel, you will receive a full refund.
A CONSTELLATION FOR YOUR ANIMAL
Our animals, too, are part of our system, more so than we may think. Out of love, they often carry one or another conflict of their human. The result, not infrequently, is illness or behavioural difficulties.
If you have a beloved animal at your side, a constellation can be a sea of loving insight for both of you.
How does it work? Your animal is allowed to stay at home, and we work with representatives.
A PERSONAL REFLECTION
Sometimes we cannot move forward in life, even though we have already tried so much. Why is that? Because some of the things that burden our lives do not have their origins in our own story, but in the story of our ancestors.
Then we can work on our childhood wounds as much as we like, and still nothing will change.
The burdens of your life want to be resolved where they originated.
This short test gives you a first indication of whether transgenerational patterns could play a role in your life. Simply answer each question spontaneously, according to what feels most right to you in this moment. There are no right or wrong answers. It will take you about 5 minutes.
